eat all kind of food no matter the food is healty or not. We need to eat balancely
refers to food pyramid. Try to take less oily food like burgers and fast foods.
Take more vegetable and fruits in foods. Beside that, we need to do outdoor
activity like jogging or play sport. Try to do four times a week.That tips will
help keep our body stay healthy and fit.

some cancers. Dieting can cause
your body to get the nutrients it needs while eating healthy
