 In many ways, what Westerners understand as “work” has been going through a continually shifting revolution ever since the invention of the cotton gin changed expectations of human productivity and efficiency.

    That being said, there are some hints on the horizon. As physical work, repetitious tasks, and even some aspects of research and journalism are subsumed by the rise of increasingly intelligent and efficient machines and software, here is a look at five ways in which the future of work is likely to be transformed.

   The question of how to better and more effectively motivate employees has been important to managers and business owners for quite some time.   Nowday, people like to eat all kind of food no matter the food is healty or not. We need to eat balancely refers to food pyramid. Try to take less oily food like burgers and fast foods. Take more vegetable and fruits in foods. Beside that, we need to do outdoor activity like jogging or play sport. Try to do four times a week.That tips will help keep our body stay healthy and fit.

  Healthy diet can prevent and control health problems.It has shown to help and prevent heart disease, high blood pressure, type 2 diabetes and even some cancers. Dieting can cause your body to get the nutrients it needs while eating healthy boosts and balances the amount of nutrients in your body.

 Many schools and teachers have been reluctant towards integrating the use of technology in their education circular. Out of school, students interact with various technological tools like tablets, computers, smart phones which can be used to simplify the way they learn. Their  is a great tension on which technology should be used in schools, students have their needs , but also parents and teachers are debating on this particular subjects.

  For the teachers, it will demand for technical training, so that they get to know how to use technology in the classroom. Some of these educational technologies like computers or smart boards are easy to learn, but the trouble is mastering how to use them for more than just one function to meet both the teacher’s needs and student’s needs.

  As the world develops, new opportunities are coming up and for our students to get a chance to complete in tomorrow demanding job market, they will need to know how to use technology in various ways, and this has force

d them to demand for the use of technology in schools so that they get prepared for tomorrows challenge.

  New emerging educational technologies are changing the way we learn. Education has become too flexible and fan.  Technology for education is promoting individual learning and mobile learning, both teachers and students are benefiting from this new technology for education. Some of the barriers in education have been broken down by this new technology for education; students can learn from anywhere, teachers can easily reach their students from anywhere.

  Technology is helping to change education in a positive way it is part of the modern world.   All people in this world wants to live a long and healthy life.There are many aspects that affect a person’s health.Amongst that is a healthy diet.Eating healthy is important for everyone especially teens. A healthy diet is the key to being fit. It is unlike any diet. You will feel so pure, balanced, and alert. It even prevents some health issues. You will love your body and your body will love you if you start eating healthy. There are so many different reasons why eating healthy is important.

 

  One of the reasons are that healthy diet can prevent and control health problems.It has shown to help and prevent heart disease, high blood pressure, type 2 diabetes and even some cancers. Dieting can cause your body to get the nutrients it needs while eating healthy boosts and balances the amount of nutrients in your body.

  Other than that, blood sugar dips 3 to 5 hours after you eat. Eating small,frequent snacks keeps your metabolism revved up and normalize blood sugar. Hunger can throw your body into famine mode, which slows metabolism.Foods like fruits,vegetables,nuts,low-fat dairy products and whole grains are satisfying and are packed with the nutrients,fiber and protein your body needs and they guard against sugar highs and lows.

 That is all that i can share about my opinion on the benefits of diet. Generally, diet is good for us.If you can’t force yourself to do diet, then just focus on eating healthy because it is pretty much the same as diet.

 In this era of ever-improving technology, everything major and important things needed technology to make it works. Technically, we can’t run from technology. It is everywhere and also helping us improve our lives. Technology can also improves our learning skills.

 The rapid growth of technology infrastructure has led to the increased availability and use of computers in schools. Most students now have access to computers and the Internet in their classrooms, nearly all students have access somewhere in their schools, and a majority of teachers report using computers or the internet for instructional purposes.

 Technology can help to provide simulations and real world experiences to develop cognitive thinking and to extend learning. Technology can also provide access to a wealth of information and enhanced communications through the Internet and other related information technologies and also help teachers to teach their students with educational modules and many more.

 That’s my opinion about how does technology improves our learning skills as students.To those who won’t accept technology as a medium in learning and trusts traditional ways more, change your way of thinking. Accept both ways as a medium in learning. So simple.

  After graduating,people would either continue their studies further abroad or they would find a job that's good for them to earn money.The world of work is always changing.Occupations grow and decline, and growing occupations offer better job prospects than occupations in decline.

  There are many future prospects of the jobmarket.Amongst that is about the number of people employed.In simple terms,the more people employed in an occupation,the more likely there will be jobs in every location.

  Apart from that is employment growth which can show demand and tells you how many new jobs have been created.Projected growth information can let you know how many additional jobs there are likely to be in the future.

  Beside that is shortages.This may mean there are currently good opportunities in an occupation for people with the skills and that are short or scarce.Some shortages,though,are for highly experienced or specialist workers and new graduates may find it difficult to gain initial employment.

Shortages vary by location and change overtime.

  Occupations with declining job prospects can offer job opportunities,as people ove across jobs.If you're preparing to change career direction,you will benefit from including all relevant issues into your decision making,such as interests,skills,values,work preferences, and education and training requirements.

First 5 Week in KPTM (Zack)

TOPIC: FIRST FIVE WEEK IN KPTM

My first 5 weeks in Kolej Polytech Mara (KPTM) is on ramadhan. That is my first journey
to ipoh. Ipoh is one best city in the Malaysia. British start open Ipoh on 1909.
Many historical building around ipoh likes goverment bulidings train station and many more.I think i can learn something from historical of ipoh. First day i came to ipoh and very difficult to find Wisma SSI because Ipoh region to wide.

After Registration, my family and I go to "Kediaman Pelajar KPTM" Gunung Rapat, About 8 kilometers from KPTM ipoh campus. This is my first time stay in hostels. Every things just fine. My dorm mate is friendly and awesome.

The next day, i went to the class with KPTM bus. Bus start take student by 7.30 am. All lecture is helpful, kind, and always support me.
