TOPIC : The Future Prospects of the Jobmarket
After graduating, people would either continue their studies further abroad or they would find a job that's good for them to earn money. The world of work is always changing.Occupations grow and decline, and growing occupations offer better job prospects than occupations in decline.
There are many future prospects of the jobmarket.Amongst that is about the number of people employed. In simple terms, the more people employed in an occupation, the more likely there will be jobs in every location.
Apart from that is employment growth which can show demand and tells you how many new jobs have been created.Projected growth information can let you know how many additional jobs there are likely to be in the future.
Beside that is shortages. This may mean there are currently good opportunities in an occupation for people with the skills and that are short or scarce. Some shortages, though, are for highly experienced or specialist workers and new graduates may find it difficult to gain initial employment.
Shortages vary by location and change overtime.
Occupations with declining job prospects can offer job opportunities,as people ove across jobs.If you're preparing to change career direction, you will benefit from including all relevant issues into your decision making, such as interests, skills, values, work preferences, and education and training requirements.
